Hey amigou! Buen video! I just loved it. You are so damn right about many things. Have you visited Mexico City already? It's fabulous, you should give it a try if you really want to get to know the culture, because you know cancun is a really new city. In 1970s there was absolutely nothing there, so real mexican culture is to be found in the centric area of the country. Anyway, it's always a pleasure to find so nice videos and personal opinions abt my country after knowing it in person.

Your advice on security is a bit dated now. You are correct about Cancun being safe, but now so are the big border cities of Tijuana and Cancun. Acapulco has worsened, especially outside of the tourist areas. The most dangerous place remains the countryside.

Taco Bell is a poor imitation of Cal-Mex. It was founded in Cailfornia (not Texas) by a Mr. Bell. It had nothing at all in common with Tex-Mex. Tex-Mex food, music, and culture deserve respect.

I highly recommend visiting Ixtapa, Mexico. Very beautiful city with awesome beaches and friendly people. Be prepared for the humidity though. It gets really humid during the summer.
