Just did this trail yesterday. It was my wife and i's 1st ever backpacking trip: ) Watching you guys really helped her feel better about going. You really show the fun in backpacking by making it an adventure in looking for different plant species and eating treats. We saw all the pawpaw groves, but couldn't find any pawpaw fruits. We had a great time, and oh did we learn a lot of what to change for our next adventure! Thanks guys!

OK, I'm adjusting to the intro music/graphics. One time I made a comment mildly disparaging the vibe, I believe I said it was kind of corny or something. It's growing on me and I love you guys so much that the connection makes the intro itself valuable to me. You guys make the show with your personalities of intellectual exploration, love of life
And nature, and skills and everything from geology to botanyTo food

Sasquatch live in the forest & are active at night. They also imitate
Owl sounds! Along with knocks & tree breaks! Also various
Tree & branch forms like tee peet's & other shapes. They have yellow eye shine at night. Sometimes they
Yell with grumble sounds! Yelling or whistling back at them
Makes them angry! They make all those sounds at each other
For a reason important
To them!

Been binging (in no particular order) all your uploads for a few weeks now. I'm enjoying the content, & so does my mum who watches with me occasionally. She was sad abt the -health- of this forest haha.
On a different note, I'm commenting for the first time because that old school house at the start reminded me of the opening lines of the poem -The Village Schoolmaster- by Oliver Goldsmith. :)

Just finished overnight backpack trip here. Made plans with hope of minimal overgrowth being early spring. epic fail. The thorny bushes were so bad I felt like I was bushwhacking instead of being on an established trail. I would estimate 80% of the trail is horribly overgrown. On the up side, almost all the campsites are really nice! Face net helps with the nonstop spider webs.

OMG! I burst out laughing! When you said, you, -we found ourselves driving over the nostalgic mid-western country side of Ohio-. I live in NY and have driven Route 90 through NY and Ohio more times than I can count, it has got to be the most boring, un-scenic, over-priced thruway in the USA! You guys could make working at Walmart seem epic.
But seriously, Great job!

My favorite thing about your camping videos is when you guys eat dinner together. You get so giddy, and I completely understand why! There's very few things in life that give you a morale boost like eating a satisfying, well-earned meal with good company after a long day's hike. Thank you guys so much for all of the hard work you put into making these videos!

The outback in a rain storm is also very delicate because it put s the individual at his utmost test for balance; I mean to just enjoy the rain somehow. by managing to keep warm by not getting bone soaked, and then maybe just having a cup of green tea and just saying -man, I'm so glad I was out here during this ----------

I appreciate that the scenery and the trail might have been one of your least enjoyable. But somehow this film is my favourite! All the botany and mushroom lessons were so entertaining and interesting. As someone from Pacific northwest, these flora and fauna are completely new to me. Exotic, one might say!
