You are wrong my friend, all buildings in city center and industrial infrastructure were before Soviet Union. It was build during the oil boom by Azerbaijani petrol millionaires by inviting architectures from Europe. From Soviet Union we catch many ugly buildings as 9 floor and 5 floor buildings outside the city center. In petroleum boom times was opened gymnasium for girls. Many young boy and girls were sent to Europe for study.

Pase un ano en Turkia y veo muchas similitudes, pero obviamente Azerbajian esta mucho mas desarollado que Turquia.
y se ve mas sofisticado. Sin Duda me gustaria vivir en ese bello paiz,
Los turkos tienen sus syncronidades como Todo El Mundo pero al final de Todo son muy hospitalarios.
Y no dudo que Azerbajian tambien es un piaz muy hospitalario y amigable.
