Join me on a full tour of the PHENOMENAL Four Seasons Resort Seychelles. pressrepeat2000: The villa looked absolutely stunning, WOW. The villa pool was just perfectly designed, and the colours and furniture really classy. And what a view, to die for Could probably spend all day there. And the beach was also WOW, must be one of the best Ive ever seen. Breakfast seemed pretty awesome too. However the common areas seemed more like any regular Asian 4 resort, with what looked like pretty cheap sun loungers and umbrellas, and just weird colours like that blue picket fence amongst all the natural stone, and the pool seemed meh, average. And the lunch and dinner restaurants also looked cheap and mediocre (certainly not luxury, while the food looked like something youd get at a 5 diner in Magaluf. Seems very disappointing for a hotel that charges 1050 plus tax per night And must be a pain to get to the common areas from the villa. Did it take a long time to get a buggy? The problem is normally that people order these golf cart rides at the same times (after beach, to dinner etc) which results in painful wait times. Think I will skip this one.

I stayed at this hotel. It's one of the nicest I have ever stayed at. However the price is extremely high. We only stayed 2 nights; 51 hours in total. It was great. We did not leave. Note: all beaches in Seychelles are public. This is one of the nicest beaches on the island. Anyone one can enter. And for about 50 I believe they allow you to sit on their beach. The Lamuria also has a fabulous beach and the H Resort as well as the Savoy are on Beau Vallon a very nice beach. These 3 are the nicest. But this one some say is the best. Lower villas were about 1, 300 a night; Mid level 2, 000 and yours upper level about 2, 400 which is very expensive. Anyway it's worth coming here even for 2 days. Mid level views are nice but yes yours is even nicer. Go to the Spa and the view is wonderful.

The hotel is very nice but very outdoors. Not really a fan of that much fresh air and sun. The buffets buffet looked fresh and local but some Las Vegas hotels [Caesars, Aria, Cosmopolitan, Wynn, Bellagio, Sterling] have better buffets. The breakfast buffet looked good but the sign explained what a waffle is? these rich people know what crepe is but don't know about waffles? LOL I guess the food matters more than the hotel room to me. Some fancy hotels in NYC and Paris need your review

First of all: thank you for your video, very informative about 4 Seasons hotel. The down side of its location: far from the city and activities, unless you would like to relax and stays in the hotel, or do the activities through the hotel concierges which is a good idea if money is not an obstacle. I prefer the other islands for relaxation and activities such as Praslin or La digue.

I really dont mind the high prices nor do I limit my mind and myself when I see such prices. It costs a lot of money to build such beautiful resorts and they take the best places and beaches I understand that to enjoy this and more it has its price. I wouldnt mind paying it or even more because for me luxury and soul food is experiencing such places rather than buying material things.

The big, granny font captions are annoying as hell, and take away from otherwise very good video documenting of the places you do. I, for one, would prefer unobstructed view of the full screen, which might be solved by a black stripe at the bottom, dedicated solely to (a much smaller) one line captions. Just sayin'. :)

I have seen many videos of yours in tropical destinationa, I think this has most beautiful beach of all of them. its a prefect mixture of amazing lush hilly landscape and pristine white sand beach and ultra turqisue water. Amazing. its very rare to find ths kind of beaches with the whole combination in one beach

My 25 bungalow room at Slam's Resort on the island of Malapascua, the Philippines, was just wonderful. The beaches and clear ocean water were sublime as was the beach front dining at the local restaurants. My week-long stay (including food) probably cost all of what a one-nite cost at this 5-star hotel.

A tropical paradise in the island of Seychelles A taste of extravagance and exquisite especially on the hilltop villa of the hotel, where magnificent bay views and sea views is available Searching for a beautiful dream of life, I wonder if I could be there for a couples of days in the nearest future

Only yesterday I was watching your North island revue for about the 50th time and wondering when you would be going back to the Seychelles. This is perfect. Not North island standards but still very beautiful and the video is perfectly paced. Nice work as always Doc.
