Excellent video as always. Personally I gave my seat up for a family of 3 on my flight from London to Amsterdam. It wasn't a long flight obviously but I was relocated to an aisle seat which was kind of annoying because I was coming out of Heathrow and you have to be by the window because of the variety of aircraft you can view. (You can probably tell I love aviation) To be honest next time I will not because to be honest it was only a short flight and they can wait the same way I can wait. I know it kind of sucks that you can't sit together but I got my seat fair and square. The same thing also happened on my flight from Kenya to Amsterdam and I refused because sometimes people arnt that nice and they will try and take advantage of you if know what I mean. I would only give my seat up to an elderly couple because you know it may just be their last flight together or maybe it won't but I wouldn't want to take that away from them. Anyway cant wait for the next video

I like how the flight attendant hid from you when you boarded the aircraft and did not want to be filmed. Looked like a good business class product, I mean we both know its business class from the 1990's, but i'm sure the fare was pretty good. Those 767 rest area's really crack me up, at least moving forward modern aircraft have private area's for them to sleep and not take up space for the passengers, a much added improvement. The starter looked fantastic to be honest, a very nice selection, and the snapper looked pretty good for the main, all in all it looks like a good experience. I will have a similar service on my London - Cape Town flight next month, however it will be with Thomas cook, so will be nice to see how they compare. Great video as always

Actually slight correction there, after takeoff; when the engines spool down, this is because the plane sets climb thrust. Before departure pilots calculate a certain amount of thrust they need to get off the ground. The plane calculates a set amount of power for the climb. How large this spool down is depends on the amount of power used during takeoff, the more power used the larger the spool down will be. Noise abatement procedures are done by minimum altitudes, maximum altitudes and turns. Noise abatement is about the position the aircraft flies over not the amount of thrust.

Another great video: ) I have to say, I've never been asked to switch seats as I don't travel solo, but I've asked someone else to switch several times, but I've never asked that person to switch to a seat he or she didn't have in the first place. Ie. if you were to switch your seat, you should have been offered another window seat, otherwise they can't expect it in my opinion. Looking forwards to your next hotel reports. Say, do you always stay in more than one hotel during a trip, or are the videos from the same destination all different trips?

I would give up the seat for another window seat or if there was a good compassionate case for doing so. I did once refuse in a case like yours and got really filthy looks from the couple. Their rudeness and sense of entitlement made me sure I did the right thing. Really looking forward to the rest of this series. Seychelles is on my bucket list but I am very anxious about flying over water. I was just feeling nervous watching the in-flight video over the Med when you mentioned about the crash: -(

Thank you so much for all your work on these videos. I'm in the process of putting together enough miles for a First Class flight adventure of my own. Destination still TBD, but this is really giving me ideas on what to choose. Thank you again Also, I saw your BA Calgary to London video. Yes, I'm afraid that only Air Canada has a lounge in YYC, and everyone else uses the Chinook Lounge. I do hope that someday soon, in the new wing of the airport, someone does build a second lounge (preferably Cathay Pacific)

Hi, Never commented before but just bugging me because. well i shall explain. Those seats are obviously side by side but both transfer into near flat beds. So, If you're in the window seat and the person next to you has their seat flat. You'd be penned in right? You wouldn't be able to leave your seat until your neighbour changed the seat position. There's probably something simple i haven't thought of but it is 1. 50 am GMT, That's my disclaimer lol

Also, this business class hard and soft product is seriously impressive for a low cost airlines. Most low cost carriers offer recliners in business class and tray meals with glass plateware. That appetizer on this low cost airline would put all US domestic first class foods to shame. And the seat is nearly a flat bed just a few degrees short. Definitely a good airline. Thanks for the video, very well done Hope you enjoyed your flight

Great vid, pal. Just one little thing: imo you give a bit too much informations. These infos are great, but a bit less wouldn't worsen the videos quality. But as I said it's just my opinion and the video is great anyway. I actually switched a seat with a 2 meters tall person, cause I had a bit more legroom. I haven't recieved a single 'thank you' from him. I wouldn't switch again
