My Evo X MR is shod with Nokian Hakkapeliitta R's and I swear, that combination will get me killed on snow one of these days.
So much confidence passing people driving in snow, on the outside of turns, over powder or ice. it's supreme bliss being able to accelerate in the direction you want, even while sliding the rear.

It all comes down to knowing what to use as far as dccd settings, Subaru wins! My friends 05 Evo 8 has 3 limited options for AWD as opposed to my 07 Sti which has I believe 6 overall options, run a test on each setting lets see who wins. Oh wait Evo can sit and watch for 3 options it don't have-

There is so many things wrong with this -compitition- no winter tires means the cars aren't running at its fullest, no traction control or stability control means it doesn't prove which works better. And this is basically proving who's the better driver. not the better vehicle.

how do you do a comparasin between two cars without using the computer the car has to offer. ussually this would be no issue but when these cars are specially designed to adapt to condictions via computers, now we have a big problem

Both great cars, I love Subarus but will say Mitsubishi did great with the Evo. Both fantastic cars all around. Drivers need working on though! Evo driver definitely was more analytical with his driving.
