This is a good place to visit. It's really a beautiful island in Dubai.
But never think of investing in The Heart of Europe. The entire sales team are scammers. I end up losing my money.

Tacky as hell! Bad investment too. sea level rise is going to give this place a shelf life of probably two decades at best. but then again it s Dubai. the land of scams and superficialities! So par for the course.

Whoever is seeing this. Do not buy those islands/houses on them. It's a dead project for years now and lot of them are already drawing due to ocean level increase. Your house can be underwater by 2050 I guess
