I just love that cop lecturing you LMFAO he is trying to blame cars driving on the road for hitting pedestrians that get hit when they are in the road. pedestrians belong on the sidewalk, cars belong on the road. if people had common sense there would be a lot less pedestrian fatalities. unfortunately common sense in very uncommon nowdays.
