Meanwhile, I pass a stopped car at 5mph on the side of a back road last year and get a 250 ticket and points for improper passing. Officer tells me I should have stopped and waited for the car to move. Unreal. Just be glad you didn't run into Barney Fife.

2: 55 I am confused. The cop said coming up behind him, he had a car at 98 and the other at 106. As soon as he turned on his radar detector, the cars slowed down. What made him know the cars were going 98 and 106 if his detector was not on?

If I was pulled over by a cop like that, I would drive off thinking, That cop was so cool that I want to do him a solid and slow down. Most cops give me the ticket and I drive off at the same speed when I'm out of sight.
