For privacy/security reasons while hot tubbing with potential future Stradgirls I would get rid of that spiral staircase so you can only access the deck/balcony from inside the house. Last thing you need is to have some random wander up onto the deck and scare the living shit out of you. Plus, with being a YouTuber I would want to make sure I had good security in case a nutjob finds your house somehow.

Dude you gonna be pulling over to every other gas station to fill up. Will you need to get beefed up axel rods, so you dont snap them again? Like custom made or something? How do all yall 20s something afford super cars? I mean what is the insurance for a 20s something with a 100K+ car like 4000 a month?

the gladiator only holds 22 gallons so if he gets 6 a gallon then that 132 miles a tank so if he ran it until empty then he made about 6 gas stops on the way to Texas plus the 2 tanks to Chicago so thats a total of 8 tanks of fuel in this 11 min video i regret everything about this comment

Im digging the rendering for the building. Would be cool to put an elevator in there. There is company called BigAssFan, with your high ceilings you should look into them for ventilation and airflow.

Needs more living space. Eventually you will be married with kids. And it will make you money in resale. There is about 6 millionaires that would want a 4000sf garage and a 1500 sf house.
