Have you thought about an LLC Corporation set up a dealership. Run dealer plates on your cars. Insurance and liscense plate renewed once a year. It would make car selling and purchases easier

Why can't the previous owner just apply for a lost title and when they recieve it sign it over to you? Or why doesn't the DMV in the state that it was previously registered in have the pertinent info to help this process?
