Some things I think they didn't pay attention to: (1) rise all four wheels at once (two axles, else one won't let the other in. (2) the derailer piece should be _higher_ than the rail itself (see in the end of the recording, the one farther ahead, or else the wheel guide won't let the wheel go around the rail. (3) raise the whole axle at once; not one side at a time. What I see wrong in this derailer design is that it is just a -quick bump-, it should have a length because it would allow both sides of the axle at the top position at one, allowing then the wheel to properly -squid- into place. Else one side ensures the other won't go in as can be seen in several of the attempts. here.
I'm no pro, just some considerations.

The guy telling the train driver what to do totally forgot that he was waving the train back he stopped Midway and started talking to the guy holding the camera very unprofessional and Reckless then he steps in between the two trains

Are they using the re-railers wrong? Ive never seen a video with so many attempts, or is it a chance thing with wedges?
