Weight loss Pizza! Raw Till 4 Gluten free, yeast free, oil free, low sodium, low fat Ron: i thought i had a gluten sensitivity. Then one day i noticed that I dont feel shitty after i drink beer the way i do after i eat bread and i started trying non-wheat breads like spelt bread or rye bread and BAM i discovered i just have a wheat sensitivity. and a lot of these ancient grains are healthy AF and you can still get the consistency of the wheat bread you're used to.

I can understand when someone who is gluten intolerant must not eat something with gluten. But this whole gluten free idustry is just nonesense. Same with this whole 'you must not eat fat or oil' comeone. Relax for once in a while and enjoy what mother nature is giving us. invluding dairy products, meat, fat and oil, gluten and stuff

Gluten is great for you! Huge amount of Scientific evidence to back it up. Gluten free is nonsense, only people with Celiacs disease should be Gluten free.

I was a bit shocked, but recently I learnded that baking soda (sodium bicarnonate) acts just like salt (sodium) inside our body. I loved baking with soda: (

Hey Freelee! Love your videos!
What do you think about using nutritional yeast as seasoning, and also what about using buckwheat for dinner?

reply

WOW this looks so good. Freelee do you eat garlic? I think mixing some crunched garlic with the pizza sauce could have a lovely taste.
