I really like what you are saying. I really don't really see how anyone else's criticism can be taken seriously because this is your message. You have found something that works for you and might work for someone else. There is not just one truth, it is time people realize this. There are many things we don't fully understand but by people sharing we have more info. More power to you. Criticism is take what you want and leave the rest. If you find it helpful or food for thought fine, if not, fine.

1)eating lean animal products will not make you fat. I need that protein to help me buil muscle and get threw my training 2) yes we get it your skinny but you have no curves, no real muscle definition, no booty nada so don't diss everyone else's way of eating because we all can't be as skinny as you
3) your hair and skin look dull so in my opinion you aren't getting all the nutrients you need.

Dont worry about people who would be happy if u left, cuz if thats the only thing that would make thy have nothing happy to live for anylonger. This video really made my day. I am not on Youtube, but I have haters, for absolutely no reason at all. Sometimes I feel like quitting. I won't. I like the saying that you should pave your way with the bricks others throw at you. Sweetheart, fruit on and spread the word. :)
