Everything I ate today on raw till 4 plus 3 dinners from separate nights. emlou: Can you do a video specifically on your opinion of the newish Keto Diet? That's the High Fat/High Protein/Low Carb (65% / 30% / 5%) one. Everyone is talking about the pros & cons of the Paleo diet, but the Keto diet is rapidly becoming popular at the moment, I've noticed.

Hey Freelee. I love your videos and want to say thank you for sharing all these vegan things: )
I have some questions to ask you because something is confusing me about your diet. I think that, as carbs are the most important part of our diet, we should choose the best carbs to eat. What do you think about some food that increase your blood sugar too fast: dates, white rice & pasta, potatoes, etc? I really would like your opinion on this.
I gain weight on high carb diet but the fault wasn't carbs, it was because I was trying to restrict myself and I was on stress, doing no exercise. Now I do exercise and love it, I do eat 3 times a day with no exception and love it and feel great and less stressed: ) the key was to stay CONSTANT; It is VERY important to follow regular meals to be stable: ) (anyways, it works for me)
Keep doing wonderful videos. Have a nice day, greetings from France!

Hey Freelee. I've been watching your videos for a few years now and I get serious food envy seeing your 'what I eat In a day' style videos.
I'm myself am lactose intolerant (but aren't we all) and was vegetarian for 3 years until about 6 months ago. I am thinking about making the full leap to be a rawtil4 vegan, for many reasons. My main concern is that I live in winter 8-10 months a year. (I'm a ski instructor and chase the winters. So I feel that this could make it hard as fruit and veg aren't as readily available, and I enjoy eating something hot for lunch when it's snowing and winters outside!
Any advice is appreciated.
Keep doing what you do,
Frances

i need help! from freelee or anyone else! i'm a vegan (obviously) and a live-in nanny for a non-vegan family. i've been close friends with the mother for a while. she tries to keep my views in mind when buying things such as dish soap, detergent, etc and buy brands that are not tested on animals. however, she continues to buy meat and make me cook it for her daughter (YUCKKKK. this really bothers me. she is under the impression that her child has to have meat and dairy in order to grow. i know this is false but need help on how to present this to her? thanks & much love

If you have any experience with this, can you make a video about quality of fruit and variety? I'm not sure how other people feel about this but I tried to live cheap for a while and bought a lot from the reduced produce section and eventually just not had a taste for fruit anymore because it was very monotone and not that great tasting. Later explicitly bought fancy fruits (like berries, grapes, good tasting mangoes, water melons) and instantly was back on track.

I don't know if you'll see this freelee but thank you for changing my life, used to be a total animal product lover but your vids have totally opened my eyes and changed my perspective. I've lost 42 pounds since going rt4 vegan 7 months ago and I feel and look better than I ever have! wish more animal product eaters would be more open minded about this lifestyle and give it a chance. PS mumma duck can cook for me any time

Please I need help in order to start (again) and maintain a raw-till-four lifestyle. I tried and it worked wonders but without support from the people around me and the access to more guidelines about it I returned to my old habits. I am begging I need help.
