Ok I have a few questions for any vegan. I'm sure freelee won't answer but I knew someone would answer for me. I have been trying to reduce my meat and animal product consumption and have been doing a ton of research and have come across a few things that I want opinions on.
1) I read an article talking about how animals still die for our food even if we eat vegan because all the field animals get killed when they are creating new farms and areas to grow rice, vegetables, etc. Thoughts?
2) I hate taking supplements and have tried taking B12 in the past and it increased my anxiety. I wonder about the health aspects of your diet if it requires you to take a supplement.

I live in Brisbane, Australia. my goal is to get me and my son to be vegan/ raw vegan. you are my inspiration. I have no family or friends who are near me let alone who are vegan so I pretty much only have you guys as my main motivation/support system. thank you for everything, I wouldn't even have known about raw vegan let alone how it easy would be in australia if it wasn't for you, and the fact you have come above and beyond an abusive relationship even helps me more. so much love!

Are you ever concerned about fatty liver from excess fructose and sugars, especially if you weren't burning it all off with high activity life?
I am personally more biased towards kale and banana smoothies, eating high phytonutrient fruits such as berries, etc. I am a bit war of a high fructose life, being in the healthcare field and seeing much.
It's cool you found a nice partner, also vegan and into fitness and adventuring outdoors.

I don't know if you guys already did this, but you can move a few things to the driver and passenger seats to make room in the back for sleeping: ) then youd just have to move them before driving again.
