Hey katy hearn bands don't silp like that they work awesome for banded leg workouts! Also, just curious but why did you decide to burn the legs out on runs and jump ropes before lifting? Was it lighter weight? Just curious thanks so much for sharing a great work out!

What I love about this workout is that most of it you can do at home, or anywhere where you have a bit of room, don't need to go to the gym.

I never know where to start at the gym, it is hard for a overweight beginner to know if they are doing the right thing.
