I love a good sourdough bread. Mmmm good.
I love making a grilled Ruben on that bread. Buttered up and put in a frying pan to get crispy golden brown on both sides. Watching the cheese melt and run down the sides of the sandwich. Delicious flavor also. .

Not a big bread eater, but that bread looked delicious. Also when you took and pushed on the top and you could hear it crunch, yum. Hard working life dear, but was raised the same way.
