He got 2nd place in the national hot dog contest on july 4th. He was fighting hard with Joey chestnut most of the contest but towards the end, joey just destroyed him. Gratz to him for 2nd place, still an honor. We got it next year

You did amazing this year Matt Joey is just a monster when it comes to Nathans. 2nd place and 51 hotdogs is a great accomplishment and you can only do better next year
