How North Koreas Mountains Preserve the Kim Dynastys Power

North Koreas founding myths trace back to the countrys rugged peaks, but those mountains also play a pivotal role in the Kim dynastys rule. Luka: Im from Serbia and i surely belive all of these videos portraying North Korea as a ruthless communist country ruled by an insane leader are just plain western propaganda. I may be erong but i have a really good explanation and arguments for that. First, Yugoslavia was always portrayed as a wierd and scary comunist land. Watch some youtube video where they mention Yugoslavia and they almost always say that its a wierd scary country with alot of poverty and a huge crime rate. Second, Serbia is always portrayed as an unsafe country full of war criminals and mafia. Third, Whenever they talk about the fall of Yugoslavia and the Kosovo War, they always say that serbs did all of the genocides but never say anything about genocides on serbs in Krajina and Kosovo and all of the violence NATO and KLA did to us. 3: 20 The Korean War was not the conflict that left the peninsula divided; the partition had already occurred as a result of Allied negotiations and military positioning at the end of World War II--the war was an attempt by the Communist North to forcibly reunite the two nations.

It's a good thing we have some Brave spies that have been in programs since 2006 & earlier. We know 80% of the tunnels & the type of reinforced rock it's
under. We have designed insanely special weapons to defeat well fortified bunkers.

Whoever narrated this video: the word is nuclear. N U C L E A R. nuclear. There's only one U in nuclear, so it's pronounced nuke-lee-ar. It's not spelled N U C U L A R, so it shouldn't be pronounced nuke-u-lar.
reply

Mispronouncing 'nuclear' made this guy lose all credibility immediately. Makes watching the rest of the video seem pointless. I can't trust that he really knows anything that he's talking about.

Mountains were the last bastion of the defiant, but no more, as the Taliban found out, next time round mountains will offer no cover, next time will bring a very different result.

I guarantee he has multiple body doubles for public appearances etc. That's the danger in trying to take him out at an event like that.

3: 24 That is the origins of Korea's paranoia, USA/South Korea burnt every town.
It is understandable, except to the burners.

Wow, an actual piece of journalism and not a vitriolic partisan diatribe. Are you sure this is really from the New York Times?
reply

This is all happening in this country in only two generations time and thats a scary fact everyone should take notice of this
