At age 15, I sustained a traumatic brain injury that severely affected my memory. To this day, there are years missing from my experience, and many of the memories I do have feel as though I'm watching a home movie of someone else's life. There was a time that I couldn't link one minute to another. People are often surprised that I accept it so calmly, but as this woman says, there's not much else that I can do. I don't remember a time that I had a normal memory, so there's no basis for comparison.

Memory is a personal time machine of every person that is always with him. Sometimes with the help of this machine, he (she) can look into his past. It's not a movie, but it's a real fantasy. the first love remains in memory.

Alzheimer's disease is indescribable. All those memories and relationships are at risk from being forgotten within seconds.
