Please do not BBC (Blow-up, Blur, Crop) 4: 3 video and 4: 3 films. Stop doing click to fill. It may look OK on a computer screen (other than the unnaturally overly large image) but on a TV it turns to blurry mush. You are also altering/censoring the carefully composed and framed images by the historical photographers, cinematographers, and videographers.

I just discovered Internetting with Amanda Hess and I LOVE IT! OMG! I definitely just binged on a few, but I gotta get back to work, lol! I love the content and how it's conveyed. Great writing and narrating Amanda, and great video editing Shane! I'm looking forward to seeing even more videos in the future!

No, peoples hands in a video cannot feel like your own, if they do, you might be suffering from something. Watching a video of someone else doing something should not give you any sense of accomplishment.

Once I shook the hand of the BuzzFeed Tasty producer at 1: 41 and his hand was so lovely and nice I felt almost bad for touching it with my vastly inferior hand. Anyway bye thanks for watching

First person perspective is easier for your brain to translate spatial information. That doesn't make hand photos/videos the new selfie. These are separate concepts.

This was my favorite of your interwebs analyses, but not sure if that's cuz it be more insightful, or because I feel less guilt-ridden by the end of it.
