Why would people be surprised that she can ride a horse? Makes no sense. It's a horse, not a roller coaster, they do not have -i have to be yey high to ride-. With the right seddle, why not? What is so surprising about that?
May be there is something about horse riding i didn't know about? In my country, back to the dark ages, people used to train kids about 4-5 years old to ride horses. So. i really do not get it. (But than i never learned myself, growing up in a city.
