I love this. The mom kind of frustrated me though it seemed like she doesn't want her mom (the grandma) to outshine her - otherwise why would you tell your mom what to do when it makes her happy and healthy? what's wrong with the grandma wearing bikini photos when she looks amazing? She SHOULD be showing that off (as long as she wants to) but they all seem like lovely people who aren't afraid to put some effort in to see results. I wish them all the best.

I-m almos 51 and a lot of people think I-m 30 because I workout 4 times a week in the gym. And during the pandemic in 2020 I made my own little gym in the basement of my house. I never stop working out and ofcourse eating healthy. In so may words woking out, running, and eating healthy are the ingredients of staying young for a long time.
