The word 'landfall' means to land, but, especially from on the voyage, under sail or the ocean with storms, hurricanes, typhoons or cyclones. It doesn't arrive on the coast from on flight, on aviation or in the air. Now I caught the meaning of a landfall by virtue of BBC learning English! Thanks so much. I owe you one! :-)

Good partying weather. But then I'm in Florida and we couldn't care less about cat4s. But in all seriousness for that particular part of the u.s. are not prepared at all for a cat4 and it's gonna leave a mark. But 600 miles away in Florida we don't even care about cat4s.
