One thing I wonder about is what do we do about rocks that don't have isotopes. I know, she said relative dating is at least part of the current solution. But are there other techniques too, or is it guesswork Nothing wrong with guesswork mind you: but it does mean we can still search for different methods of dating a given rock, right
Also curious which rocks DON'T work well for absolute dating, and which isotopes are the most troublesome.

Mabye I zoned out, but no mention of the Genesis rock that was collected on the Moon! I would be offended, but I get that there is just too much to cover on the age of the Earth. Thanks for the video!

For a second I thought this was two strategies to dating (other humans. I was simultaneously disappointed and delighted it was actually about rocks
I was ready to learn the strategy of ABSOLUTE DATING

I thought oxygen could only be created in the intense fires of stellar fusion, not pooped by bacteria.
