can i complete the theory about the human nature? At the early years of human kind, the first work division introduces to the humans the time caring, deadline and etc.
due to, humans need to care about when to seed and when to harvest.
(If you, dear reader, do not understand me or saw a horrible grammar mistake, pleas correct me. I'm learning the language)

See I have this weird inverse with the one part of the formula. I procrastinate on a project that is easy for me. I just think, -Ehh it's super easy. I'll just do it -later-. Then I get super late and my tasks get a bad grade. -
I probably just need a good planning system, or need to reduce burnout though.

1. Resisting an impulse increases brain ability to focus
2. Longer the delays the more you will procrastinate
3. Break the task in smaller sizes
4. Have a high density fun
5. Do the unpleasant and most difficult thing on your to do list --first--
6. You can use pomodoro technique

playing CIV 5 brave new world in Huge world map, which may last 48 hours, and with your Stream unable to load save games thus you have to play it straight/non-stop, is high density fun. I should do that more often.
