I've known many men who tell me up front they don't want anything serious. Fine with me, we're on the same page! As time goes on, their actions usually tell a different story, which is also fine. Sometimes I've semi-accidentally gotten into serious relationships. One of them i actually married, and in retrospect I wish I had not agreed so quickly because being wed actually tore our connection apart. I am now in a long-term partnership with someone who loves me as deeply as I love him, and understands my reluctance to formalize our love because we've both had bad experience with marriage, and it's a nearly perfect situation. Our expectations match, our happiness match, our mentalities align, and we help each other improve. I guess what strikes me as interesting is that, despite the stereotype that women are the ones who crave a deep connection, its always been the men i know asking for that, while I'm willing to go along with what seems best at the moment.

How can I move on? Please help me. He's my not-so-close friend but we are friends. He's uncomfortable because he know that I like him. He doesn't want to accept the things I am giving because he doesn't want to keep my hopes up, and I understand. But I don't know what does he really think, he's a mystery for me. He doesn't show his self that much. He's like a jigsaw puzzle that I want to solve and he is complicated. I badly want to move on from him but I don't know how. I want us to be friends again because I am comfortable with him but I want to be friends with him genuinely not just because I like him. So, can you help me?

Dont get me wrong she has interests I have. She likes metal(snipknot, etc) and she likes working on cars (auto mechanics) and when I open up its k oh and just the other day she said she ghosted me and said she was doing something when she was in her phone for a good time.
I think now is the time that I stop hasing the invisible man.

This just made me more confused! She tells me about everything, from her emotions to her family problems, she hasn't asked me out, I have but she said she isn't ready for a relationship, I definitely feel it but idk if she does, she doesn't ignore me, just takes a while to answer, but she does it to everyone, the responses always depend on her mood, I've met a big portion of her friends and family, she brings up her past problems and again, she said she isn't ready for a relationship

My life was on hold for a very messed up individual, that apparently had mental health issues, the game was for 5 years and i was the pawn, yes people can flip like a coin if something better comes along and your left holding the bag, and ghosted but you where there life before. its not that people are not into you, they where a fake from the get go. and need a good ass kicking lol. hope this helps. it taught me to hold my crown for something of equal value. .: )

i know that these are not set in stone rules but i honestly came here thinking most if not all of these would apply to my situation. but i was surprised to find out that some are true and others are quite the opposite. leaves me feeling with mixed thoughts and emotions. i wish i could get a straight up answer from the dude that i like but im just left wondering and confused

I just realised it's me who've done all these things to my crush, except telling I'm not ready for relationship or bragging about my ex, while him doing the opposite (asking me out, calling me) just because I don't know if he has any feelings for me and I'm afraid of losing this friendship if he finds out I have a crush on him and feels awkward

Sometimes you just need to talk in front of the people instead of chatting on the phone, and i say this by a personal experience, i used to know a very cool girl and we clicked, but chatting was really boring and neither of us knew how to start talking about something when on phone

I met someone who I thought was everything I was looking for just like the video said. I tried to play it cool and not run him away, but now weve gone from talking on the phone nearly every single night for hours to him taking days to respond. I just wished he would have told me hed lost interest if thats whats happened.

I did this in the beginning of my first and recent relationship. Everything guys but this guy persisted until I gave in.
