A god-awful, over-abundance of information served up all too rapidly. It will take me multiple watchings to try to take in all of this. Like all nonsense delivered through computers, Canvas reemphasizes to us over and over that education in today's world is about momentary clicking, most likely followed by immediate forgetting, and then finished off by the next round of clicking. What nonsense. We should be slowing down the learning process, not speeding it up. Click, click, click went the student. Followed up by his statement, -now give me my A.- -What did you learn?- I asked. -Nothing,- replied the student. -I was too busy with the next click.-

when I create a question in the bank, I'm able to select that I want it to be worth 3 points for example for multiple blanks. When I create the quiz linking from the bank, it seems to be lost that some questions have more points assigned to them. I can only select how many points each question is worth to make up the total value of the test. Is there anyway to carryover some of the questions being worth 1 point and some from the bank being worth more?

Would anyone advise me how I can prevent duplication of quiz in the modules? I encoded a set of practice quiz in one module and another set in another module, but only one set of practice quiz is appearing in all the topics and modules. I would appreciate your help. Thank you.

Excellent tutorial. I just started trying it. The questions that I add to my banks, can I also create them by using H5P and embedding them here? I think I can. There's an HTML Editor button there (in the Canvas question editor) as well.
Keep up the great work. Thanks!

That was very informative. I created a question, it is multiply choice and I have more them then one correct answer for the question. I clicked saved, did a test run and it is tell me that it is (Partial ). I spent 2 two trying to figure out how to fix it. PLEASE HELP!!

Why would you add so many questions to your question bank when -Canvas- may be eliminated at the whim of the administration and all of those questions would be lost? For example, Etudes.

Super helpful, thank you!
One question: Say you pull questions form multiple banks, are they randomized or do you first get X questions from Bank 1, then Y questions from Bank 2, etc?

Thank you for your video. I am a high school math teacher. Do you know if there is exsiting question banks for us to choose from? How are we connect to those existing question banks?
