Great thing you are doing here. Your teaching style makes learning easy. I have a question. How can I extract the four top values from the top half of a column. I have two diagrams on the same worksheet, when I try to extract the four top values from the first ten values in a particular column, i run into problems.

This is amazing! Is there a way to see what data are available? I suppose I could go through the pulldown but is there was a way to list the data fields to choose from?
