If you truly believe him to be a horrid man, surely you can, I guess Ignorance is bliss. This is a man who really does love his country, and wants to protect our rights, as citizens, as people, we have the right to know what the world/country is doing, the news used to be about telling us everything the Worlds of politics is doing and does, now it's all about ratings, so they can basically peacefully do whatever they want. This man may go down in history as infamous, but the things that he says are truly to assist the public, not for his own personal gain.

Many times a person will be vilified when they are trying to do what they feel is best for America.
I, personally, came to believe, many decades ago, that there are forces behind the scenes who do not seek to destroy America, but to control it. power is the ultimate aphrodisiac.
To reveal secrets can be a blessing or a curse and Edward Snowden chose to do what he felt was best.
In the long run I feel that history will see him as being justified in his actions.

Many, many Americans stand behind you, Ed. You did the right thing selflessly. I wish there were a way to let you know how deep we appreciate your true loyalty to the country we once were. this will put me on some 'hit list' for sure, I feel he is a hero. He had the guts to tell the truth. Our government is spying on us. 1984 did prove to be a prophecy and no one wants to believe it. The emperor is naked. I am so sorry for the fallout in his life.

If there is anything Obama has taught us, it's that both major presidential candidates are going to be clones of Bush. So in 2016, vote for Snowden as a write-in. He won't win, but if enough of us vote for him, it will have an impact.
