The dude's story was so boring and bland it had to be true.
The girl in the middle had a bunch of details (from the consistency of the poop to the way she folded her shorts to hold it in and not to mention that Egyptian thing she used.
So yeah. the girl on the left's mentioning of her mother's passing was just an attempt on matching the amount of details from the story before and making her story more believable. That's why I locked her in as my final guess.
