jeez about the toenail tearer. anti fungal medication is cheap and available OTC. alternately, just soak your toes in cheap white vinegar for a while. vinegar kills a lot of fungus and reduces the smell.

I dont know how these doctors stay professional in these situations. If I ever walk in and see a BLACK FOOT with a TOENAIL STICKING OUT THE MIDDLE I wouldnt be able to control my facial expressions
