Heh, the whole corona crisis barely changed anything in my life at all.
I don't care too much for social interaction, and when i do it is in short bursts.
As for being locked away in the hole. the boarding schools i grew up in had those and i've been in and out of them, and got grounded to my room probably 1/3rd of the time of my stay.
I've learned how to be happy on my own and yeah reading is good advice, as for music well i learned how to play instruments and frankly it used to be my passion it's likely the reason i didn't off myself. excercise yeah i really should do that.
Now that said i'm wired a little different than most people, and hell i even understand why people need social interaction.
All i can say is this: sure you are restricted but maybe it can be a lesson on how to not take people for granted, improve your bonds you do have.
Good luck, though i'm sure by now you probably adapted already.

Thank the Lord you're family was OK that night Mike! I had a similar experience. It takes you're heart and soul to the very tip of breaking. I prayed and cried to a Saviour I didnt believe. But I prayed to him that I may kiss my children again.
Changed my life. Think it may have changed yours too.
Thanks for doing what you're doing! Keep Doin!

In England when you get arrested you go straight to the cells solitary after 4days without court or remand I start going crazy. no t. v nothing to read just an empty room with an itchy blanket and a hard blue 3inch mattress no sinks just a toilet. 2 years even with a t. v I'd crave to talk to someone.

I was able to get through quarantine by going to work everyday and not dying from the virus? LOL.
Like you said, there's a lot of things on the news, and then there's a lot of things that's really happening. God bless you all stay safe will be fine

What a live Michael. You're like a phoenix rising from the ashes. I can't begin to comprehend what you went through in your life, but I think you're a great man who took a difficult journey to become the wise man that he is today.

Awesome mr. Franzese I was locked up in solitary for 2 years straight. My mother brought me 102 books and it was the best thing ever. I am a natural gas pipeliner in Tennessee! Having a great life now and I enjoy your videos

This dude seems like he is a great father. Those kids got it good. Plus to be able to tell your friends, my dad was a Capo and the richest mobster in the world, at one point. Nobody is messing with them lol

Great advice. (I'm a therapist) I was telling my clients the same thing and then I found this a couple of months ago. Thanks for your ideas and motivation!
