Loki S2 Episode 6 Ending is the Greatest Thing I Watched - Ending Explained I don t think anybody can play Loki better than Tom Hiddleston, and Loki just proves that when a Marvel s crew put their time, their hearts, their focus into a project, you ll get a master piece, Marvel needs to stop with the woke agenda and keeps doing projects like Loki, I wish that Thor would have known that his brother Loki is alive and he became the God of Time/Stories/Multiverse.

I notice a lot of people make this mistake, the sacred timeline isn t just one timeline. The avengers couldn t have time traveled if there was only one timeline because they are actually traveling to different timelines. Plus, there wouldn t have been a temporal loom if there was only one timeline because the point of the loom is to weave the multiple branches of time into one giant branch called the sacred timeline. The sacred timeline is made up of multiple different timelines all weaved together. When captain America fights himself in endgame he s not actually fighting his self, he is fighting one of his variants. That s also why nothing they did in the past changed their main timeline because they traveled to a completely different timeline. This is why they had to return the infinity stones to their original timelines in order to stop them from all branching off. If it all happened on one timeline then there d be no need to return them because they actually never left. The TVA only pruned branched timelines that would have led to a kang variant being born. Anytime someone made a decision that would have eventually caused the existence of a kang variant the TVA would prune that branched timeline in order to stop the kang variant from coming into existence. That was the TVA s job, to prune timelines that led to kang variants. Perhaps a few other branches got pruned for other reasons here and there but for the most part as long as there wasn t a kang variant on a given timeline then it was allowed to exist and was part of the sacred timeline. Just look at the temporal loom, on the right side you see multiple branches going all over the place but on the left side you can see that the loom has braided all those timelines together into a neat braided rope which was called the sacred timeline. The reason it failed in loki season two was because the TVA were no longer pruning the branches that led to kang variants which meant there were too many branches for the loom to handle. It wasn t designed to weave that many branches together so it started going into fail safe mode which of course just deleted the excess branches anyway. In conclusion, the sacred timeline isn t just one single timeline, it s multiple timelines that have all been weaved together to create the sacred timeline. Alligator loki for instance was never a part of the universe that the main MCU takes place in. No one in the 616 universe made a decision that branched the timeline and led to alligator loki. Alligator loki was from a completely different universe and timeline and in said universe he made a decision that created a branched timeline that led to a kang variant and then he got pruned. I m sure that if you look at just one timeline there are plenty of occasions where a person makes a decision which branches the timeline and creates a variant. In that situation there would be the newly created variant that makes the decision and continues down the branched timeline and the other variant who didn t make the decision and continued down the original timeline. I m sure that happens and that s how some variants are created but then there are also variants that are from completely separate universes and timelines. The sacred timeline isn t just one timeline. It is multiple completely different timelines that are all deemed acceptable by the TVA and are then weaved together by the loom in order to create the sacred timeline. The whole entire point of the TVA is to keep kang variants from coming to life so they prune every branch that would lead to one but not every branch leads to a kang variant so all of those are allowed to stay and are then weaved together to create the sacred timeline. There s also another explanation to all of this, it could be the case that every single time the timeline branches it is pruned but that still doesn t mean theres only one timeline. In that situation he who remains would have taken every timeline that doesn t have a kang variant on it and made them all part of the sacred timeline. After that he would have went through and decided exactly how everything in every one of those timelines were supposed to happen and then he would have the TVA prune anyone who makes a decision that wasn t part of he who remains plan. In this case there would be a finite number of timelines that make up the sacred timeline and that number would always stay the same because every time it branches off the TVA would prune it. I m not actually sure which one of these are the correct answer but i do know that there isn t just one singular timeline because it just doesn t make sense for there to only be one.

The true gravity of what Loki did I think is revealed in the bar conversation with Sylvie and the comment made by OB about taking centuries to learn what he knows. He spent centuries trying to save all his friends because he loved them but he really did not want to be alone. So in the process of figuring out the third option. That option is for him to become a better version of the loom. But he also traded the option of not being alone with being alone for all of eternity to save his friends.

In the Season 2 Finale of Loki, HWR reveals that the Temporal Loom serves as a failsafe for the TVA, erasing all branches except the Sacred Timeline. It seems the deleted branches are potential timelines where Kang variants might spark a multiversal war. Interestingly, Loki often found himself time-slipping to these specific branched timelines, where Kang variants existed and were eventually pruned.

I have watched several explanations about this last eps of Loki ss2, but I have not heard anyone point out the fact that Sylvie was meant to kill HWR was a nexus event, just like Doctor Strange trying to save Christina in What if, because I see what option or alternative Loki choose, she will eventually somehow kill HWR and he is destined as so.

Can t believe Tom Hiddleston was auditioning to play Thor but I can imagine if he made the role it would never had seem right until Tom wore lokis suit as a joke and realised he was meant to play Loki

Loki is the only marvel show which knows exactly what is wants to achieve, the results is amazing! Hope to see more of this kind of marvel shows

This reminds me of the Vedic literature, where the universe is said to be an inverted tree, with it having infinite protruding roots acting as timelines.

Hey,
Why did Loki time slipped into Endgame time where Loki disappeared from Stark tower with Tesseract. This shit never happened

reply

I think MCU multiverse will end with Kang variant fighting with Loki to take the throne back. And hope with all the avengers in TVA.
reply

Yeah at the time of infinity war we used to fight for the strongest charecter thor or captain marvel.
Loki: hold my timelines
