I discovered Metamucil in my late 20's. I don't like this new one with STEVIA, i hope they didn't discontinue the regular sugar one. I love the way it empties the pit of my stomach like when i was a kid and dint need anything put a little greens in my meal. after a good dump i get goosebumps it feels so good to be empty. lol
