Everybody is talking about his role in Altered Carbon which was awsome, but you should've seen him in The Killing, it was something else! If there's Oscar for TV shows then he should've got one. Fantastic!

He does have an accent but it sounds more Midwest and less Stockholm. That's probably because Scandinavian mainly Norwegians and swedes settled the Midwest
