My husband works overnight shift 5 days a week, and it's difficult to fall asleep without him beside me. So thank you to Thomas and all the others who work so hard to help us all sleep, no matter the situation. I am lonely when I tuck in, but with Get Sleepy, I feel like someone cares and is there to help send me off to sleep. And I didn't have that before. Bless you all, and have a great New Year!

I love Elizabeth’s narration the most. Her voice is soothingly beautiful. Her reading of Winnie the Pooh is magical. Thank you Elizabeth, Thomas, and the Get Sleepy Team. Your narrations give me something lovely to focus on, which in turn has a tremendous anti anxiety effect. I’m grateful to all of you for this.

If you want to make the cheese sauce when you are awake, spoon a small portion of the roux into a bowl, add the yolks to that, whisk smooth, then trickle it into the pan of roux while whisking. This should keep it from curdling. Happy cooking!
