I liked Mileena's original story better, she was created for shao Kahn, as kitana's replacement, but mileena also wanted to be excepted as kitana's sister. Sadly kitana didn't see her as her as family, but I still prefer the original story better, it's a whole lot better than just saying she had a disease. Mk1 needs to put some work in fr, they've completely changed everyone's original story-

The copium is crazy in the comments, 9 story may have been fun at the time but these designs and faces were not it. Especially 1 sindel, in 9 she looks like a grandma. Its time to grow up, you're not teenagers anymore. This kind of stuff was appealing then but it looks awful now.

I read some comments saying Raiden was a better protector of Earthrealm than Liu Kang because he came first. But uh, that's like saying the first car created in 1886 is the best car because it came before the vehicles we have today. Liu Kang wins and it's not even close.

That's cr4p, it feel like a kindergarden show.
Men are pretty femenine and women are masculine it feels like a woke thing.

I know Shang Tsung is a sorcerer, not a geneticist, so probably he used magic, but I still wonder how the heck he made a clone of Kitana crossed with Tarkatan DNA _and_ that was considered a true daughter or -spawn- of Shao Kahn.

i love what they did with mk1. they're giving all the characters more development than just throwing whoever they can into it bc they were there in the very beginning like mk9.
