My brother (RIP) had in home nursing. He lived with me and our mother (RIP) when I was about 19 I walked into the kitchen at like 7: 30 am (mom and bro still asleep) and heard moaning, looked over to the table where the nurses usually set up. Well the nurse who had just finished getting report and started his shift like 10 minutes earlier was watching porn, no headphones, and hand in pants.
I noped out and went back up stairs, unsure what to do.
Keep in mind, this was home care. As in, this dude was in our kitchen.
Not even some office, someone else's house. Not in a private room, the kitchen.
He was a good nurse who looked out for and cared for my bro, he even checked on my mom who had lots of medical problems when something was off (not his patient, he just had a good heart and cared. I like the guy. Just so Not even close to being okay time or place.

Unless youre rich enough to have your own private office with a lock on the door, I dont see how you could (at least not without being so stressed about getting caught that you couldnt enjoy it anyway.
