I don't get why you guys don't do as we do In the EU. We pay more in taxes like 25-30%. And that money goes to free healthcare, free schools, free institutions etc.
I know it may suck for you guys to pay more in taxes, but you get free healthcare for any emergency you may have. And you will never worry about going to the hospital and the payment afterwards, cause it's free.
