Loki Season 2 was perfect! What an absolute phenomenal character Arc and transfrom for Loki. Seeing his character grow and evolve over the entire MCU was already an adventure. This show really got down to the Raw character behind the god of mischief. Why does Loki do what he does and what makes a Loki tick That was the central question of season 1, and the central question of season 2 was, Can Loki truly change his predestined character He who remains never saw that as a possibility and never accounted for it which ultimately led to his ultimate defeat with Loki's sacrifice even after trying to present Loki with the easy way out of joining him by his side and letting him take over his job or letting Slive die and letting the TVA continue their work as usual. Loki chose neither and decided to burden the responsibility of the infinite Multiverse all on his shoulders so not only his friends could have a chance of true free will but have a chance to live long and fulfilled lives without having to worry about the dictator at the top of the Multiverse. Loki gave up his forever and his life and his own Free Will so that every single individual across the Multiverse that it's infinitely expanding every second can have that luxury that he himself will never be able to truly experience ever again. He realized it's more burden than Glory to be in his position. That was the most important lesson Mobius taught him. So now he sits alone at the top of it all. A God to a Multiverse that will never be able to truly appreciate him. He will never again be able to set foot on what he now guards and protects, but he will be able to watch and continue to let the stories of the individuals he helps live thrive. He is the god of stories because not only does he have the ability to watch and listen into every individual he's giving free will to by examining their stories and their lives but he is also the only one sitting on the throne of existence itself that allows every individual living the luxury of free will. He is the reason why everyone is alive across all of existence and he is the only reason why they don't have to worry about a tyrannical dictator controlling their lives across the Multiverse. He is the only reason why anyone in the Multiverse gets to have the opportunity to live a full, free, and fulfilling life. That is now his ultimate mission, his ultimate sacrifice, his Glorious Purpose.

It amuses me a bit, I'm 37 and I've had the nickname Loki from friends since I was 15.
Including me, a few in my group of friends had the same name. My friend Robyn was reading some Norse mythology book at the time, said she was gonna start calling me Loki so I knew she was talking to me. The nickname ended up sticking.
I've only had a few people who've heard/seen others address me by it ask if I got it because of MCU stuff.

Having seen him on Graham Norton twice and died with embarassment for him, I was reluctant to watch this clip, but apart from the inexplicable tux, he wasnt trying too hard here as he usually does. He can coast a bit in the US as Americans confuse a British accent with classiness and give Brits a free ride. Hes been fortunate and had all the educational/social advantages that being born into a well off family can give.

The dude on Loki that played he who remains I would play him if I was asked, although I am white but I am 193 cm tall with a medium to big build, I have a huge backstory of my actual life and things you can see, I've had necrotising fasciitis on about 60% of my lower half of my body, and a tetraplegic that was 13 years ago I can jog now, i'm New Zealand / Australian, I love/really like the TV series Loki

Omg! Nightmanager was so underrated when it came out eventhough it’s brilliant! It made him one of my favourite actors. I’m sure S2&3 are gonna be amazing, so excited!
I love Tom, he’s just such a purely good, kind and charming person. And I don’t know how anyone wouldn’t want to stare into those puppy blue eyes all day.

Even though Loki season 2 could be a perfect definitive ending for Loki’s story, which is arguably the best arc of comics character on screen ever, I think I can speak for everyone that we are absolutely NOT ready for Tom’s role to end right now! So Disney please let him keep doing his godly mischief.

I can't help feeling that Hiddleston, when he was standing in the dark and the rain, with a baseball cap on and his hood up, should have turned on his best, most wicked Loki grin at the guy with the dog.
That'd been an interesting experiment, I think! :D

The best thing about Tom is no matter how many times he tells a story he always is happy to tell it again and makes it interesting by putting emphasis on a different part of the story. I just love him! And I’m so excited for more Night Manager!

The way Loki died in infinity war, I felt betrayed because he needed a closure just like Iron man and Black widow. And years later, Loki season 2 did justice to Loki, and he went out in a glorious way

Not exactly Loki, but Loke, the Norwegian way of writing the name is somewhat popular here, with 689 boys and 9 girls with the name Loke in 2023. Just 8 males named Loki in 2021. (in Norway)

Tom is the kind of man who can light up a room with his charming smile. That’s his real glorious purpose. Even if we don’t see him as Loki again, at least he got to tell the story he intended.

It was because of Hiddleston's acting on 'The Night Manager' that I thought he'd make a great Jame Bond. In fact Tom is the perfect age to portray Bond as described by his creator, Ian Fleming.

He's got the kind of looks that make me wonder what the picture in the attic looks like. And if you haven't seen Only Lovers Left Alive, watch it - that will make you wonder too.

I love Tom Hiddleston, he's had great success but comes across as humble and genuinely grateful for the opportunities that he's had. He's what we call as a Great Lad or a Top Bloke!

His switch to a New York American accent was amazing. And of course a New Yorker would care more about leashing up the dog than seeing a celebrity in Central Park.

Recently played Fortnite with a nice woman who called out her cat Loki in the middle of it, who was obviously distracting her from playing. So it seems a fitting name
