Frightfully Hilarious Movies You Haven't Seen Yet Stimpson: yes NIGHT of the creeps is like slither but James gunn has never admitted that in fact he claimed back than he never even saw it. uh i highly doubt that. anyways both are really great films. Gremlins 2 i love it enough said cept it was the film i discovered Christopher Lee. Return of the living dead, classic. The Stuff i never considered that a comedy at all but it is a great film.
so is The Raven these are all must sees for any horror film. the rest i have never seen. and with exception of Bubba the rest i've never even heard of before

These are ALL well worth the effort of finding them (spoiler alert, some are unforgivably getting harder to track down with the passage of time) What We Do In The Shadows: We're werewolves, not swearwolves! Hilarious. There's also another Corman film in a similar vein but with Basil Rathbone instead of Boris Karloff that's at least as funny. I'm glad to see the zombie movie get some love. Seems like it's always been hard to find anyone who's seen it. Overall, a great list, Looper!

Return Of The Living Dead was also the first zombie movie to have them move at normal speed, long before that pointless Dawn Of The Dead remake. It also defied one of Romero's rules. removing the head/destroying the brain doesn't stop a zombie here.
Slither also has a clever, but largely unappreciated joke. its high school is named for Earl Bassett, Fred Ward's character in Tremors.

BUBBA HO-TEP is highly recommended. Bruce Campbell and Ossie Davis give this movie it's heart and soul (no pun intended). as an elderly Elvis Presley and a black man who thinks he's JFK and that the CIA has turned him that color. The two fight a soul sucking creature at a nursing home that's killing patients. Off beat and funny.

I really enjoyed Patchwork The way this movie has all three girls still have their own personality yet together is really well done in my opinion. I'd also mention Shaun of the Dead but probably most have seen this great horror/comedy with brilliant funny men and writers Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. If not, see it! So fun.

I happened to be browsing Netflix and I actually stumbled upon What We Do In The Shadows by accident. This was an hysterical movie I've seen it two more times since then. Patchwork is another movie I saw which was surprisingly funny and violent but also twisted.

'What we do in the Shadows' is laugh a minute like Thor's new movie most of the jokes may be above most who aren't from NZ, but those I know get the jokes so it isn't so 'kiwi' at all!

But i am a kiwi so i guess i would say that: P

Definitely have already watched What We Do In The Shadows and have dgaf about Thor. Also enjoyed Gremlins 2 and Return of the Living Dead.

What We Do In The Shadows might just be the spiritual successor to 1974's legendary Blazing Saddles, as far as masterful Spoof Movies are concerned.
