Just finished watching shazam, honestly i didnt watch any other DC movies due to the it expressses its tough darknesss. Yet im a marvel fan and after watching this shazam, made me really want to watxh the other dc movies that are out their. Yet please keep these characters for shazam. Andwhen you do collab other super heroes woth these guys, do combine their dark and enlightened humor. Other then that, i give shazam 5 thumbs up, and 1 more to keep the balance

Pfffft. keep dreaming. Shazam is what it is because no one took it seriously and let someone have creative control. It will quickly be followed by Shazam 2, which will suck balls as it attempts to trick people out of entertainment dollars rather than earn them.
Solomon, Hercules, Atlas, Zeus, Achilles, Mercury -> Sivaa, Hronmeer, Anapel, Zonuz, Ate, Mamaragan. That's what a Shazam 2 that does not suck would be like and it would be post-Darkseid.

Sadly another failed SFX again. What is it with those people at the FX department. what can be the baddest guy. hmmm lets make him a cloud. sight. Guess it is a nice way to up pay as animator but seriously. fanatastic 4. biggest baddest wordl eater. a cloud. Avengers. EOS. god like powers. blue blobs. And now this bad guys. way too much smoke.

YES AQUAMAN, MAN OF STEEL, SHAZAM, such great movies! I love this so far! DC coming out with Swamp Thing, Watchmen series, The Joker, Pennysworth (Alfreds origin movie) looks so promising as well! Pattinson dude as the new Batman gets me hyped! Love it.

I like shazam. But billy actor really opposite personality after he transform.
Billy a absurd, lonely, doesnt like to talk, had family issue, never smile, almost very negative. But as shazam, he really likeable, like to. Help. People, had good joke, coward and super. Opposite as human personality

I didn't think this movie would be good but actually thought it was pretty decent. I don't like the kid aspect of the movie but still worked out. I just hope they keep it dark themed with Gotham and batman along with superman if they do a team up with shazam.

When did the events of Shazam happen in the dcu? It seems to me like it's undetermined atm but in B. v. S Alfred says something breifly about people who make lighting. Was that intentional? Or was Shazam not even a thought in the dcu at that time?
