Great video, but missed quite a few,
Close supernova, or hypernova (A very dense star explodes, or two quasars merge, life on Earth would possibly go extinct)
Galactic Gamma Ray Burst (This is just an interpolation of the above, with a caveat, instead of getting the explosion, we get just the cone jet of all radiation emanating from the interstellar object)
Cascade Effect (a series of extinctions that create a domino effect on every ecosystem, resulting in the end of life)
Doomsday Device (imagine if someone create a device that would obliterate the earth, or the solar system, or the entire galaxy)
Anoxic Event (The depletion of O2 in every water body would create a toxic and euxinic environment, an euxinic environment is either acidic or sulfidic, this has happened several times in the past and resulted in mass extictions events)
Polar Shift inversion event (This is basically, what if the Earth changed its tilt in relation to its axis of rotation along its orbit, it surely would be catastrophic, and by the way it is happening)
What if we lose Lua (if the moon ever drifts away from our orbit, which is happening by the way, it would cause loss of tides and winds, Earth would be engulfed by an Ice Age, the length of days would decrease and seasons would cease to exist)
Nuclear Global War (nuff said)
Strange Star hypothesis (what if strangelets exist, they could simply appear from within the core of the Sun and like a virus they would spread, consuming and corrupting regular baryonic matter, turning them into strangelets, cool right)
Verneshot (much like a volcanic eruption, this would actually be caused from underwater gas deposits, for example in Lake Nyos there are currently tons of gallons of CO2, but in a Vernershot a part of the Earth would be launched into orbit, which would them collide back into Earth, beside this all the sudden release of gases would render the planet inhabitable)
Geomagnetic Reversal Event (picture this, Earth's magnetic field suddenly shift or stops, this would event would allow an enormous influx of radiation from the Sun to, also deionizing the atmosphere and decreasing the amount of Oxygen available)
Bubble Nucleation (What if another dimension or parallel universe popped into ours, chaos would be the only answer)
Extinction through Transhumanism (this could lead into two possible scenarios, imagine if humans forcibly evolve into a new species, then for obvious reasons humans could cease to exist, the second scenario is that transhumanism could go horribly wrong, essentially turning mankind into inhuman beings)
Everything, Everywhere, All at once (imagine many of those scenarios triggering one after the other, well, apocalypse for sure)

Left off the list: Our Milky Way galaxy merging with the Andromeda galaxy about 2. 5 million light years away. As the Sun reaches the end of its lifespan and turns into a red giant, Andromeda will have grown from a tiny smudge in the sky to fill it from horizon to horizon. As both galaxies merge, most of the stars they contain will become part of the new galaxy in a few billion years that some astronomers already call Milkdromeda. But because of the interactions at play and gravitational forces during this time period, some stars will get kicked out into the cosmic void, presumably with some or all of the planets orbiting them. Or some stars will get spit out bare naked without any of their planetary systems, and some planets will be ripped away from their home stars and cast out as well. Depending on how things turn out with our global civilization - which realistically has about another 500 million years before the sun becomes too hot for anything to stay on Earth - it probably won’t make any difference. Earth will be a goner - either as a burned out cinder orbiting the Sun in its red giant phase, or a frozen BBQ briquet wandering by itself between the galaxies.

0: 35: The rise of accelerationist philosophy leading to totalitarian dystopia and global chaos.
4: 31: Impending extinction due to pollution leading to potential rise of new dominant species.
8: 49: Potential Global Collapse from Mass Insanity due to Loneliness Epidemic and Deaths from Despair
13: 00: Potential catastrophic events threatening Earth, from rogue black holes to solar storms.
17: 32: The world being a hologram, potential simulation shutdown, and gray goo scenario.

AI is not actually intelligent. It's a computer program and can only do what it's programmed to do. It will never truly surpass human intelligence and cannot and will not learn how to educate itself. If you don't believe me do some research.
I recommend a book called In the Beginning was Information. It's Christian themed but has a large section on AI that goes into great detail about what I said.

Pretty sure that the sun dies sooner than 7 billion years and that the red giant phase happens sooner than 4. 9 billion years, but as far as it going red giant prematurely it would have to be due to an alien super weapon used against us. Also life becomes impossible on the Earth in 0. 5 to 1 billion years. I forget which.

yep im terrorfied that every single time through out history directly after 20-30 years of liberalism there is a giant disaterous war.
We are about 12 years in and pretty much everyone knows who is left or right. And apparently you can only be one of the other.
Liberalism's end result is terrorfying.

I'm just happy to be old enough to hopefully be gone before all resources become a fighting battle in the part of the world I'm in, and I'm happy I didn't bring children into the world to suffer as everything gets worse year by year.

This video gives a new level of weirdness to WatchMojo. Double-Plus Good, comrade. Please, ham-fistedly tell me more about your politics with an interesting video about dystopian scenarios.

Elon Musk says a lot of dumb shit honestly.
He also believes that our biggest problem now is lower birth rates.
Nah man, we don't need to multiply that much at all.

The human species may drive itself into extinction through its own foolish actions. The planet Earth would be just fine, without us.
Think of the dinosaurs.

If this Woke culture continues, TOTALITARIAN might be a better government. Too much freedom leads to these kind of people born with brains on their feet!

Funny the slight towards right wing types yet did not mention how it is the left which has mindset of believe as i do or wrong only ok to be same as left

The simulation theory, can't that be debunked with the good old 'I think therefore I am'
So either you are in the simulation or you are the simulation itself.

Number 10 on this list. It probably wont happen today, it'll more than likely not happen tomorrow. But one day, there will be another super eruption.

Yeah that's what scares me scientist they make something that is not supposed to get out but yet it does and they are like sorry we messed up
