I took your advice and it turns out that I was remembering something wrong. I thought I had caused harm to someone who was bullying me as a child. It was something I never wanted to look at because I felt ashamed. But when I stopped and looked at the situation instead of running, I saw that it was an accident. I did nothing wrong.

Before, I didn't get the idea to talk to yourself as if you talk to your child but now I'm in the situation that my mind constantly telling me that I would fail, to do nothing about it.
