Heavy metal toxicity, along with other toxins built up in the body and brain, are an issue for many people. There are also bacteria, viruses, fungus, candida, etc. along with chronic nutrient deficiencies, that wreak havoc on the human body and mind. To say that ONLY WE are in charge of our internal selves (thoughts, actions/reactions, motivation, how we handle stress, etc) is true to the degree that our minds are in optimal working order. Each of the above mentioned issue alone will cause problems in the body and mind. When combined, they create a web of impurities that has the ability to hijack our body, mind and emotions. Until this planet is cleaned up, it's important that we detox our bodies regularly, and boost nutrition to regain good health. Heavy metals are a big one that we are all exposed to every day. Until these issues are dealt with, mental illness will continue to dominate. So, please keep this in mind when you hear someone say ONLY YOU HAVE CONTROL OF YOU. And don't beat yourself up if you struggle with anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, emotional issues, etc. Those issues are likely caused by an overburdened, malnourished body. Start with cleansing the liver. Then move to the kidney. Or do both of them at the same time. Once the liver, gallbladder and kidneys are functioning better, start working on other organs and specific invaders (parasites, heavy metals, etc) It's a strange time to be on planet earth. Pile 1. I cant believe it. My lightsguides show me that i dont have to work on what i thougt was a childhood trauma. And te explains to me that i have to looked bevore that when i was even jounger and i have a certain feeling of shainess, exactly how you said, Reem, like look for te autorisation from others. Since this explanation from the guides me life changed. So i have now the strngh to leave my job and make a big change in my carrear and move from city. But im still shai (a little bit) so i understand completly the message from my future self. I think that is the shadow from the reading. But it is a lovly shadow. I embrace this shadow with deep love to my self and let it go because its time now to be fully my self. Than you for you readings

I find belief overrated. So if I am starving all I need to believe that I am full and it will work for months and years! We live in a 3D world not in a world of assumption. My assumption of being rich wont make me Tata, Birla. Assumption, healing, belief system should have a time period, it cant go on for 10- 20 - 30 years and one cant blame the person for feeling like a victim while being a victim. Its like calling a sick person that he deserve and earned sickness.

Pile #1 but will probably also check out #3. I was always afraid of snakes. Some years ago I was strangely drawn to a wooden carving of a hooded cobra with raised head and open mouth. For some reason I bought it. Over the years, my fear of snakes has gone and I have a great respect for them. My life path's number is 11 (29 =2 + 9= 11.

interesting that you said you wanted to do the reading by numerology. i immediately broke the first card down to 11 when you flipped it and then decided i guess i have to do 1 and 3 since 11 11 and something in me made me note that before you even said anything about the numbers. both definitely resonated.

Pile 2. Severly disappointed. Teammembers letting me down, let by ego's, greed. Project failed. almost. Had to adjust the project ans slowly proceeding after letting them go. Pretty taken a back by their unreliability. Am healings and processing and yes trying to accept that it is as it is.
