Pile 1 Im considering going to visit family members I went non-contact with for nearly a year. I suddenly got a lot of anxiety around it today because I was scared they would just bulldoze over my boundaries. But I’ve grown a lot since our falling out. I learned more communication skills and boundary setting skills. And as far as I heard, they have made some changes and realized their mistakes. And they also realized that I’m serious and won’t take their nonsense anymore. While I am nervous about how things will play out I have talked to friends about it, did some reflection, and I’m starting to feel confident that I can handle myself. And if my boundaries aren’t respected I can easily just not go back and go no contact again. This reading has helped me calm down a lot. Really appreciate it

He just broke up with me and started a separation. I am devastated. just heartbroken.

1st pile. I thought my alzheimer's was triggered as I was forgetting how to do simple things, etc. Apparently it's just brain fog due to menopause brain - a topic which I came across on my YT timeline. Now I still have to deal with my auditory verbal agnosia. I will see my neurologist next week. Hoping for good news too
