For those who know 0 about skincare, do basic Cleanser, Moisturizer and Suncreen from brand like Cerave, Ordinary, Paula's choice, selfless by hyram etc. These are brands that actually make skincare, unlike adding fragrance, perfume, menthol, sulphate in the name of masculine (Mens product. Ofcourse Alex is a great guy for fashion/lifestyle but guess what he probably never uses the brand he mentions because they are simply not perfect for your skin in the long run. Respect all the other tips from alex, he 100% right but in skincare do your own research guys watch dermatologists and skin experts like doctorly, hyram, dr. vanita rattan. If you re a guy suffering from acne and stuff skincare is not as simple as buying a kit from a brand you think is good. Research about every single product and its uses and make sure they do not contain atleast sulphate, essential oils, perfume, fragrance, witch hazel and much more tbh.

I recommend only using fragrance free products to avoid irritation and allergies that can develop overtime. Also for exfoliation---physical scrubs are just NOT necessary. First of all, water and your fingertips alone are already doing a minimal amount of physical exfoliation. For deeper exfoliation that is still safe for the skin, use a chemical exfoliant like an AHA or Retinoid! Check out my skincare routine for more info!

Hey Alex this is a great video with some valuable information. I'm new to skin care & would like to know if there's a difference between using face scrub and retinol? Do both have a different effect on your skin or is it just basically to different ways to achieve the same result?

I don't mean to be disrespectful but I know this is gonna come across as disrespectful. But like your face in this video looks. 'weird'. I don't know how else to put it but it looks weird to me. If I use this routine is that what the end goal ism cause I don't want that end goal.

Great video, also love the bulldog skincare, everyone should give it a try, I have been using it for a while, affordable price, excellent performance, everything is like how he explained it, -, I have oily skin and this product suits me a lot, GREAT VIDEO

If I want to incorporate Minoxidol for my beard. How should my daily routine look like? Face wash > minoxodil > moistruiser (morning) Face wash > minoxodil > moistruiser (night) and then face scrub x2 a week? Is this the best way or any better ideas?

I-m so new to this -- so do I do my skin care in the morning and the night, I have the cerave cleanser, the ordinary niacinamide, cerave moisturiser and the sfp cream. So do I do all these steps morning and night everyday? Someone pls help me --

It's the exfoliant plastic microbeads? If so your be better off just mixing coffee grinds in with the moisturizer instead, then just brush off the coffee grinds once the moisturizer has been absorbed into the skin.

my skin type is oily. So as many times i wash my face or use best of best things on my face but after a while that oiliness starts coming and its the pimple causing too

In my experience, bulldog f-ed up my face. I looked into it and it-s possible it-s the wrong ph for my skin idk. But it made it red and stingy, no bueno.
