For those who know 0 about skincare, do basic Cleanser, Moisturizer and Suncreen from brand like Cerave, Ordinary, Paula's choice, selfless by hyram etc. These are brands that actually make skincare, unlike adding fragrance, perfume, menthol, sulphate in the name of masculine (Mens product. Ofcourse Alex is a great guy for fashion/lifestyle but guess what he probably never uses the brand he mentions because they are simply not perfect for your skin in the long run. Respect all the other tips from alex, he 100% right but in skincare do your own research guys watch dermatologists and skin experts like doctorly, hyram, dr. vanita rattan. If you re a guy suffering from acne and stuff skincare is not as simple as buying a kit from a brand you think is good. Research about every single product and its uses and make sure they do not contain atleast sulphate, essential oils, perfume, fragrance, witch hazel and much more tbh.

Regarding the -Watch Your Diet- topic.
I wouldn't say cut caffeine (coffee and/or tea) all together. As long as you hydrate well throughout the day then a cup or 2 of these drinks should be fine.
And Dark Chocolate (something 85%+) should be okay as well. Again, in moderation of 1-2 small squares. But I think it's actually the overly processed/high sugar content found in Milk Chocolate thats the real problem.
I just wanted to point this out because there are some genuinely good health benefits for these things and I've never seen any research that suggested it was unhealthy for your skin. Quite the opposite in fact considering these things significantly help in managing stress levels which is another important factor that contributes towards skin health.

its not chocolate that makes you break out, its the combo of diary and sugar. and i just recently noticed that milk also has a lot of sugar in it too.
A lot of it is diet. you need to know your body. for example, i could have 1 beer and my face would break out BAD for a week, it didnt seem like a normal breakout. almost like an allergic reaction, so i switched to only drink hard liquor and i've been fine. It wasnt the alcohol, it was the way they brew beer with barley, hops, etc.
learn about your body and really the only way to find what causes your skin to react is trial and error.

So the thing is:
Pimples don-t come up because of chocolate. It-s because of the sugar in it. The sugar increases the hormonal fluctuations and acts more aggressively in your body so that it creates an acne breakout. Thats why when you are going through an acne period but still want to eat chocolate, then I recommend trying out some bio dark sugar-free chocolates!

Hey Alex! Love your content. Do you do anything you recommend for wrinkles around the eyes or do you have videos you've done on that? Or anyone down here in the comments have products you like! Need a little help. Thanks!

I have dry and sensitive skin but luckily I don-t really get many spots. But I have also dealt with bad eczema on my hand for several years now. It stops me from doing things and I feel gross the majority of the time: (

The best thing for skin is cucumber juice. I used to make that early in the morning and would drink it. A week later I saw dark spots under my eyes disappear and my skin was radiant
